• Client Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 7 days of the website’s completion. The refund amount will be 30% of the total website cost.
  • Valid Reasons for Dissatisfaction:
    • The client did not receive a website design reference from the Algobiz team member.
    • Features quoted in the project scope were not delivered.
  • Invalid Reasons: Refunds will not be issued based on client mood swings or changes in preference.

3. Missed Deadlines

• Deadline Communication: If our developers miss the agreed deadline, you are entitled to a refund. To be eligible, the issue must be communicated to the manager within 2 days after the missed deadline.
• Resolution Attempt: The manager will attempt to resolve the issue. If a solution cannot be found, a refund will be issued.
• Refund Amount: The amount of the refund will be decided by the management.
